Skylar

Founder Skylar Bartlett grew up on job sites with her dad, Jim.
From 5 years old, with an oversized tool belt strapped to her waist, she happily held down carpet corners, passed tile spacers, and learned the tricks of the flooring trade until it became a part of her DNA.
She founded Kreer Construction in 2020 and knew exactly who she wanted on her team first: the man that taught her everything she knew—her dad.
Jim

Lead installer Jim Bartlett brings 40+ years of experience and a wealth of flooring knowledge to each project.
He got his start in carpeting back in 1981. Today, he serves as Kreer’s expert in residence. He’ll be on-site from start to finish to answer your questions, ensure a flawless installation, and reveal the end result.
Ron

Installer and second-in-command Ron, has mastered the art of hard surfaces.
He found his way into the trades right after high school and soon made his debut into flooring as our first apprentice. In just over 3 years, he’s gone from knowing nothing about floors to being a highly-skilled installer.
Ruan

Installer Ruan ensures every detail is immaculate.
He joined our team about a year ago and has quickly picked up the trade.
Despite his growing skillset, he thrives on making detailed finish work the best it can be.
Filipe

Installer Filipe drives every project forward with purpose and positivity.
Our newest member is certainly not the least. In just a few months he has effortlessly fit in our crew as a powerhouse of both production and positivity.
